The policy in detail
Each request is reviewed according to the product, its condition and the applicable guarantees.
Under French consumer law, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving a reason. Notify us before the deadline at contact@petanqueland.fr and include your name, order number and the products concerned.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, clean and properly protected for transport. They must not be annotated, stained, damaged or used beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics. Any loss in value may reduce the refund.
Return postage is paid by the customer when exercising the withdrawal right. We strongly recommend tracked shipping: the sender remains responsible for loss, theft or damage until the parcel is received by us.
After receiving and checking the return, we issue the refund within a maximum of fourteen days using the original payment method. It covers the product price and the initial standard delivery charge, within the limits required by law.
The withdrawal right does not apply to digital content once performance or download has started with your express consent, or to personalised, dedicated or made-to-order items.
If a product arrives damaged or your order contains an error, contact us within 48 hours at contact@petanqueland.fr and attach photos of the parcel and product. We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
Regardless of this policy, you benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. These guarantees apply when a product is defective or does not match the order.
After prior email approval, send returns to: La Pétanque par Paquita, 3210 route de la Vallée des Douze, 12330 Muret-le-Château, France. Returns without prior notice and approval will not be accepted.
