The promise was deliberately absurd: a boule that calculates, aims and pushes away opposing boules. It is every player's dream... and every referee's nightmare.

The BAPA does not exist. There is no neodymium core, no internal gyroscope, no PAQUITA-7 AI. No pétanque boule calculates trajectories, locks magnetically onto the jack or pushes opponents away.
What does exist, though? Work, repetition and method. As usual.
